Noor Life

This past Saturday I joined over 50 young professionals from Chicago for this year’s first CPY session (http://www.cp4youth.org/.) A fellow DePaul IME student and friend, Izabella, so kindly asked me to join. The session began at 9am at the Aon Center. True story… First person I met was named “Noor.” And was a he. Needless to say it was a hillarious for both.

After an invigorating speach by CPY founder, Kapil, all mentors were broken out into pods and designated to their scholar. By pods, we performed ice breakers and got to know each other better. My mentee is super cool. She spent a month in Russia on a scholarship studying Russian and is learning mixed martial arts. After our session she had to run out to fight with bamboo sticks… SO cool!

Anyhow, I couldn’t be more excited to begin this journey! Stay posted.
