Noor Life

Today we arrived to Washington, D.C.  It’s been 10 years.  The last time I was here I was in 8th grade and it was a class field trip.

This time I’m here to celebrate the union of an amazing couple… Chef Art Smith and life partner, Jesus Salgueiro.  

Tonight we took it easy and strolled down to Art & Soul with some friends and fellow wedding guests.  We all knew we were in for it… breakfast followed by a 3+ mile walk/run will begin at 7am.  After the 1st leg of the run, the actual wedding ceremony takes place.  Then we all run back to the hotel/ Art & Soul for brunch.  According to the itinerary, we then have a few hours to rest and clean up and before a pool party/cocktail party sponsored by David Barton Gym.  

What an adventure… I know I’m in for a special treat of a weekend!
